Booking a session
You can book through our booking page or call us on 1300 143 504. Online bookings are handled by Splose, our practice software. You get a confirmation with your session details.
Fees and payment
Current fees and the funding you may be able to use are on the physiotherapy fees and funding section. We will add our payment terms here before we open bookings.
Whether GST applies is shown with the fees.
Cancellations and missed sessions
We will add our cancellation terms here before we open bookings.
If we need to cancel, we tell you as early as we can and offer another time. You are not charged, and anything you have paid is refunded or moved.
Video sessions and your care
We work by telehealth, which means video calls. Some problems need a hands-on examination or a scan. If your clinician thinks you need care we cannot give by video, they say so and help you find it. See our telehealth consent page.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Burrow is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, call 000.
